Minimun requirement

  • Sound Card (to listen to the chat room sounds).
  • Plugin Flash installed to hear the sounds
 

How to play an existing campaign?

Search the campaign you want to play using the link "Search" on menu "Campaings" in your profile.

After finding a campaign, click on its name.

Then, click on Join.

All campaigns that you participate are accessible from your profile.

Clicking on the name of the campaign, you can read the bulletin board and more informations.

How to create a new campaign?

From your profile.

Click on the button "Create New" in the sidebar menu Campaigns.

Complete the informations about the campaign and click in "Finish ".

How game mastering a campaign?

From your profile

Click on the button "Play" the campaign you want to game mastering.

You will enter in the chat room in this campaign.

How to change the campaign announces?

From your profile.

Click on the the name of the chosen campaign..

Click on the button "Annoucements".

Edit the message and click in "Finish".

 

Chat commands

 
What are the chat commands for players?

All the players commands start with / (bar)

  • /[<QUANTIDADE>]d<FACES>[+<BONUS>]:
    makes a dice roll for everyone can see.
    Ex:
    /3d6 (roll 3 6 sided dice)
    /3d6+2 (roll 3 6 sided dice plus 2)
    /d20 (roll a 20 sided dice)
  • /[<QUANTIDADE>]df]:
    roll fudge dice which anyone can see.
    Ex:
    /3df (roll 3 fudge dice)
    /df (roll 1 fudge die)
  • /date:
    it shows current date on chat.
  • /time:
    it shows current time on chat.
  • /datetime:
    it shows current date and time on chat.
  • /[pm | message | private | msg] <TEXT>:
    it sends message to GM.
    Ex:
    /pm I�ll kill the group leader.
  • /nick <NICKNAME>:
    change your chat nickname.
    Ex:
    /nick Onkz
  • /help:
    provides a link to this help file.
 
What are the GM chat commands??

Todos os comandos de mestre iniciam-se por // (duas barras)

How to nudge the away players?

Has your player slept? Gone?

You can nudge players sending a "bomb".

This tool only can be used by the game master/narrator and can be sent to the whole chat rool or only to a chosen player:

Player will be brought to Taulukko's screen, even if he�s with another site or software open. Besides that, player who has the soun on, will hear an explosion sound.

 

How to block and unblock players?

You can avoid a player to enter the chat room, and you don�t need to remove it from the campaign to do that. It�s a temporary block and lasts until the next server restart or until the game master undo it.

To block or unblock you can click on the padlock which appears next to the player's name, on the chat room.:

It�s a temporary block. It�s useful when you want to narrate only to part of the players. In this case, don�t forget to clean the chat room after the other players get in, so they can�t read what happened..

 

How to banish players?

You can banish a player of your campaign permanently. The player becomes into a blacklist and can not add the campaign back to your profile.

You can click on "banish" button which appears next to the player's name.:

 

How to unbanish players?

Changed you mind? You can remove a player from the black list. On you campaign page, access the "black list" menu..

Then click on "unbanish" button which appears next to the player's name.

 

How to get news about the tool?

Click on "What�s new?" at the screen footer.

 

How to clean the chat room?

Voc� acabou de fazer uma narra��o secreta com um determinado jogador e n�o quer que o restante veja quando entrar na sala?

This is one of the uses of the tool to "clean room ". Clicking on the eraser on the Tools menu that appears, the GM / narrator can erase everything that was said in the chat so far.

 

How make a download of what was said or posted in chat?

The GM / narrator can download everything that was said and sent the chat until now in a zip file.

To do this, acess your profile, then your campaign page and click on "Logs".

Then click in the log you want to download, it will be in date order.

 

How to send a picture to chat?

Want to send a photo of the monster that is attacking the players? Want to show the map of the region?

You can send to chat any image that is hosted on the Internet. Just use the command:

//img URL or //image URL on chat.

For example, //img http://www.taulukko.com.br/imgs/logo.jpg.

The image appears in a square of 100x100px with a link to the image in real size.

 

How to send a private message?

The player can send an MP to the GM using the chat command: /[pm | message | private | msg] .

For example: /pm I'll kill the leader of the group.

The master can send an MP for a player using the chat command: //[pm | message | private | msg] .

For example, //pm John you found a treasure.

 

How to talk while you play?

You can use our TeamSpeak rooms to communicate with players by voice. Our server is the ts.taulukko.com.br

To use, download the program TeamSpeak 3 in http://www.teamspeak.com/
